Music had always been a passion of mine since I was a child. I began voice lessons at the age of 14, and in high school began to train with Mr. Lawrence Lohman. Mr. Lohman conducted the Kingston High School Choir, as well as taught voice classes. Through his teaching, I was able to develop my voice. I have over 15 years of singing and performing experience. I teach beginner piano/keyboard, and all progress levels for voice lessons. I arrange a cappella music and love to coach direct a cappella groups and vocal ensembles/rock bands. I was musically trained at NYU Steinhardt, where I learned how to sing by utilizing our natural resonance, to keep the voice healthy give us longevity. I have performed over one hundred different roles at the Metropolitan Opera and am heard often on the "Live from the Met" Sirius Saturday afternoon radio broadcasts, as well as televised performances from the stage of the opera house.
