I enjoy working with students of all ages and abilities, and pride myself on being able to teach pretty much anyone and everyone. At Georgia Southern University, Repp developed the Master of Music in Music Technology Degree and undergraduate degrees and certificates in music technology. He maintained the recording studio, Music Computer-assisted Instruction Lab, and Electronic/Digital Music Studios. While at Terra State College in Ohio, Repp implemented a new college music program, centering the degrees on music technology.
