I am careful to choose the appropriate music for each age. if there is a child, for me is very important the relationship with the parents, because they know a lot of goals from the child. My approach is twofold: addressing the mind and addressing the body. I always have beginners learn how to stretch and release tension before they even sing, just like any athlete would. I have them develop a pre-singing routine including these stretches so they can both prepare themselves physically and mentally for every lesson and practice session. He is currently working as the Marketing Director for the Gospel Music Workshop of America Inc., Lexington Metro Chapter and has previously worked for the Student National Association of Teacher of Singing – University of Kentucky as their Marketing Director, and The Lyric Theatre & Cultural Arts Center as their Community Outreach Coordinator Intern where he was a key member in the administration of the Lyric Theatre Youth Summer Program.
