My style consists of trial and error, accompanied with determination of student preferences. I've experienced a range of different students, from beginner to advanced, as well as children who were special needs students. Initially, once a students preferred style of music is deduced, I'll find songs within the students preferences, skill range and or even construct a song specifically for that student to learn fundamentals. In the first lessons, I explain the the beginner students the basic functionality of the instruments, the proper way to hold the instruments, how to produce a clear sound from the instruments and a Major scale ascending and descending, the one from which the first lessons or the next lessons is written.
