I couldn't read music yet, but I would listen to my dad play and just copy him. I also encourage my students to take opportunities, for example, joining in Youth Orchestra, Ensemble, Competitions not only giving private lessons. Since I want my students to have more joy, confidence, and advanced experiences from music. I stopped playing for several years and even when I returned to cello, studying music in college made it feel like I was doing it for all the wrong reasons. I'm very passionate about teaching and love to work with all ages of students. I had a studio in Mountain Top, PA for 25 years until our family moved to Utah. I recently relocated to the Lehigh Valley. I've performed with many orchestras and have coached many students to be able to compete and perform at Carnegie Hall for many years.
