For children, I will continue through the method book series while supplementing it with short popular pieces that may be of interest to the student. Beginners I typically progress quickly through a variety of beginner books such as the Essential Elements or the Susuki method depending on the age and determination of the student, with a focus on learning recognizable and enjoyable tunes.
