If my students do not leave every lesson feeling inspired, encouraged, and wanting to practice and play music, then I am not doing my job. Also, I lead sectionals at several area schools and work with the nationally ranked Avon High School marching band. I encourage students to set their own specific goals to work towards. In 2015 I graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in clarinet performance.
