I was honored to serve over 500 students by enriching their arts education, and was inspired daily by their creativity, enthusiasm, and individualism. I began studying the clarinet at age 8, and graduated from the Eastman School of Music in May of 2017. I have had the opportunity to study at the Brevard Music Center and the Aspen Music Festival, where I performed both with student and faculty orchestras. After graduating from college I joined the Peace Corps. I spent 2 years in Tehran, Iran playing in the Tehran Symphony Orchestra. I returned to the U.S. and went back to school to get my Masters degree. I worked as a music teacher in the Bronx, N.Y. for several years. After that I worked at an electronic music studio in Hawthorne, N.Y.
