I'm a very dedicated instructor who loves working with my students. And I learn as much from them as they do from me, which enhances my ability to teach. In 1966 I graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, Il, where I been a full scholarship applied clarinet major. Earlier, I was a charter member of School Band of America-European concert tour. I was also the enlisted band leader for the Alabama Army National Guard Band, culminating with replacing the West Point band in New York and playing a concert at Rockefeller Center in New York City.
