My teaching style prioritizes consistent, daily practice set in a musical context. Weekly lessons keep students active and involved in their drumming education, while assigned practice exercises promote gradual but steady improvement. Assigned practice exercises are designed to improve rudiment execution, hand and foot technique, and musical sensibility. I've also clocked studio sessions on bass, keys, violin, and viola. Viola and Violin came into my life as an adult and committed myself for 5+ to conquering the difficult fundamentals of these rewarding instruments. Next we will set goals together and a time frame to achieve their goals.
