I have been teaching music in public schools for the last 5 years. I graduated from Keene State College in 2013 with a degree in Music Education and a focus on Instrumental Music. In 2016 I went to and graduated from the US Army School of Music as a tenor saxophone player. During my time at the school of music I also played the alto and baritone saxophones. I also worked as a School Aged Child Care Leader at Sandburg Elementary School from 2015 to 2018, further honing my skills in working with children ages 5 to 11. In 2019, I attended Marrowstone Music Festival as a Fellow. This gave me the opportunity to mentor high school and undergraduate flutists individually and during sectionals and to coach a student wind quintet.
