I first started in my native Barcelona at the Taller de Msics, where I taught college-level students, jazz guitar, improvisation, and small jazz ensembles. I like method books like Hal Leonard , especially for the complete beginner - but  I supplement with other repertoire I have found throughout the years. I do not teach from prefabricated books but rather teach songs to students and within those songs there are lessons. I have devised my own teaching methods which have been highly successful.
