The most rewarding thing for a teacher is seeing the student progress, does not matter to me if it's perfect! Music takes time and practice and it's very much like a painting. You are not gonna be done in a whole day, you add a little everyday. I only ask my students to set aside 15-30 minutes a day to practice. I am a passionate musician and teacher who loves working with new violinists. There is nothing greater than seeing a child (or adult) begin the musical journey. In 2007, I graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelors of Arts after spending four years in intesive violin studies.  I am fortunate to have performed with many chamber orchestras and quartets over the years. I have been singing and performing professionally for 15+ years in the opera and musical theatre world. Along the way I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing teachers and artists who have sung throughout the United States and abroad. I am currently on faculty at Queens College-CUNY as a voice instructor to undergraduate and graduate students.
