I completed my Master of Music studies at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in voice performance from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. As a young artist, I spend three summers performing and studying in Austria with the Franco- American Vocal Academy. Besides being a drum teacher I have also been certified to teach staff how to work with people who have disabilities, and that teaching experience, while completely different from that of teaching drums, has helped me become a better over all instructor.
