I was born in Israel, spending my teens in Brazil, and my 20’s in Paris France, where I studies with Kenny Clark among others. In 1996 I moved to the US where I received an artist Visa, and later a green card and citizenship. I haven been living in NJ for the past decade, and I draw my musical inspiration from the corners of the world. I typically do not make lesson plans but go off of what a student wants to learn. I can make lesson plans upon request. Usually, for in-person lessons, we will play together and then talk about our playing. I will provide recommended exercises to do in between lessons. I am a versatile singer and instructor who loves working with students of all ages. I have a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with minors in Musical Theater and Songwriting. While in Dallas, I performed with various professional Equity musical theater companies including Casa Manana, Lyric Stage and Theater Three. I am also able to perform in the classical realm, as a soloist in performances of Faure's Requiem, Saint-Seans' Christmas Oratorio and as Papageno in Mozart's Die Zauberflote. Read More

When I teach children, I use the adventures piano lesson book. When I see that the student are advancing, I encourage them to further their knowledge. I make sure my students learn the scales; which are very important. I also use the Hanon book for exercises when my students begin to advance to a higher level of understanding. For a young child to love music, a teacher must introduce it to him or her in a passionate way, without forcing it one the child. The struggling student is just as capable of loving music, just as much as the accomplished one. As I mentioned earlier, all students learn at different paces, so I teach each student as close as humanly possible to their level.
