As the students develop I begin to add supplimentary materials such as etude and scale books. Students can progress from open strings to Bach with ease. The main reason that I keep track of my student's growth, musical ability, learning speed, and musical history, is because every student is uniquely different when they are in the lessons. Some students are better with being pushed at a quicker pace, and others need more time to learn things.
