Having pursued music from a young age, my experiences as a vocal soloist and choir member have brought me all over the world, performing in such musical landmarks as the Sydney Opera House, Smetana Hall, and Carnegie Hall. I grew up learning both voice and piano, and my musical education has provided me more confidence and opportunities in all aspects of life than I ever could have imagined. I personally have had teachers that focused too much on technical studies and theory, and not enough time on incorporating those skills into performance; which is the main reason why many people have a desire to learn a musical instrument. In my lessons, I focus on developing skills that are essential to my student's overall musical development. I started regularly teaching private lessons in 2019. I worked at the Wilmette Parks District, the Park District of Highland Park, Dynamic Music, and as a freelance teacher. I also was a music director for the Wilmette Children's Theatre, the Florida Repertory Theatre, and Highland Park's summer programming. I've been playing guitar since I was eight, piano since I was twelve, and I've been singing my whole life.
