I am a Boston based musician who currently works as a pianist at Boston Ballet School and Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I graduated from New England Conservatory with an MM in Collaborative Piano, and received my BM in Piano Performance from New York University. I have performed as a soloist and with ensembles at venues including Carnegie Hall, Steinway Hall, and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. In each flute lesson, I typically begin with a bow as respect for myself and the student. We typically start with tonalization warmup from Suzuki Book 1. The student listens and produces the best sound they can make after listening to me. My goal as a teacher is to help them become their own teacher and evaluate the things they can improve upon. I do not put deadlines or timelines on any student's progress, and I also realize that each student's needs are unique to each and every person.
