I typically use Piano Adventures, Bastien, or Alfred, although Piano Adventures is my favorite. I suggest the lesson book, theory book and technique books be usedsimultaneously to give the student the most well-rounded lesson. As the student becomes more accomplished, I supplement with method books and solo literature from the repertoire of the individual instrument.
