As supplemental material, I use Keynote Speller by Shaum and Line a Day by Keith Snell.  For solo repertoire, I select methods based on the skills and favorite pieces of each student. My methods definitely vary depending on the level and experience of the student. However, the fundamental exercises and order of warming up is very similar throughout the different levels of experience.
