Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance. Once those levels are completed and I determine the student is ready, we move on to more appropriate classical solo repertoire, from various composers, exposing them to every era in Western Classical music, beginning with Baroque through the contemporary period.
