I first started teaching when my piano teacher assigned me to be her assistant back in 2009, I provided her 7-28 year old students with singing lessons. As I proven myself to be an accomplished instructor I received a job as Choir Instructor at School of Music 'Vladimir Djordjevic', where I worked for 1 year before heading to Boston to start my studies at Berklee. In 2010 I started teaching private lessons part time in my home studio, where I conducted voice, piano, music theory, and solfeggio lessons to a total of 16 students, who showed incredible improvements over all 4 years that they stayed under my instruction. My lessons will focus on the fundamentals of singing in order to provide healthy vocal technique and a beautiful tone. I enjoy working at the begining to intermediate level for children as I get to introduce the earliest piano musical skills and I usually spend thirty minutes on teaching piano practice methods and thirty minutes on music theory skills. Currently, I use books like Dozen a Day, Scales and Hanon to build good finger techniques, John Thompson and John W.Schaum books for songs and theory preparation. I've been teaching children at different ages and in different scenarios, if it was musical theater or middle school children preparing for their prom. I also played extensively in Israel's most famous acting college, where I gained the ability to guide actors towards a more polished and honest interpretation. I also taught older people and found that to be a very rewarding experience.
