For intermediate students, I would teach a bit more in-depth theory to correspond the levels of playing, as well as memorising pieces. I graduated from Gordon college in 2008 with a degree in music education and taught K-8 grade for several years, which included directing children's choirs, teaching private lessons, and teaching general music to many ages.
