I believe that piano and voice are conduits for expression of emotion and thought and are extremely beneficial in helping students find confidence and awareness. My main motto is that EVERYONE can make music and so I encourage all types of people to learn at my studio. Teaching is my passion! I have been a private piano and voice instructor for over 10 years, as well as a classroom teacher for over 12. I love finding the gifts in all students and nurturing those gifts by sharing my love of music and knowledge. My biggest focus with my students is building confidence! I strive to always be encouraging. I believe that we are capable of accomplishing much more when we believe that we can do it! Natalie is a composer, pianist and flutist. She is graduated from her Master’s degree in Composition from the UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance. She graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) for her Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Composition and Music Production. Her composition Peach Blossom Spring for piano and vibraphone just received the innovative prize from Abundance Silence.
