I am a passionate and motivated instructor with a love for working with students of all ages and levels. I hold four degrees in violin performance and have been teaching for nineteen years. I am a violinist with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. I teach a mixture of Traditonal and Suzuki. I offer a strong studio environment and love to help students reach their goals. I collaborate with my students to determine their needs and goals. When starting out with beginners, I usually start with Hal Leonard's Essential Elements for Strings. I then transition to Suzuki repertoire. I also include music individual to each student based on their interests. My methods are flexible and designed to draw out the strengths of each student.
