I like to have a consistent plan for all of my lessons, so that students know what to expect, as well as the best methods for practicing. I always start my students off with a warm-up consisting of scales or a technical exercise that relates to the piece that we are working on. In 2007, I graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a minor in music with a performance focus on the viola.
