My teaching experience started in 2010 during my college freshman year when I was employed by the Music Institute of North Texas and the Carrolton Independent School District as a private violin instructor. On top of violin pedagogy, I was also employed by the University of North Texas Learning Center as a Supplemental Instructor for Music Theory. I have played violin since the age of eleven. I began formal violin training with Ye Tao from 2004 to 2006. I later continued with Sarah Chung from 2008 to 2010 and Dr. Meredith Arksey in 2015. Additionally, I received vocal lessons from David Paul Mesler in 2013 and piano lessons from Yuka Sasaki in 2015.
