Although Nerea has taught and continues to teach Beginner to Advanced Violin, from ages 3 - 53, her specialty is "Fiddle" music. She is highly knowledgeable in Cape Breton, Scottish, Irish, traditional Breton, Celtic and World music. She has prepared students for Trinity and ABRSM exams, taught by ear and/or sight reading, followed diverse methods requested such as Suzuki and has prepared students for countless performances. I started teaching private lessons at the age of 15. I am classically trained but do enjoy Celtic and fiddling music as well. I had the opportunity to voluntarily teach violin and cello at community center in 2017. I have also taught Suzuki group classes as well. I have received my Suzuki Teacher Training for Violin Books 1-6. I enjoy teaching all levels. Seeing others excel and progress is a great joy to me. Read More
