Music had always been a passion of mine since I was a child. I began voice lessons at the age of 14, and in high school began to train with Mr. Lawrence Lohman. Mr. Lohman conducted the Kingston High School Choir, as well as taught voice classes. Through his teaching, I was able to develop my voice. I have been discovering my love for teaching for the last 5 years. I started within my undergrad school. I graduated from Western Carolina University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance (Classical) as well as a minor in Psychology. I was able to perform my first professional show with Asheville Lyric opera as a chorister in La Traviata in 2012.
