For beginning students, I will start with standing position and breath training along with simple vocalize and songs that students like to sing. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals I will begin to introduce technical repertoire. For advanced students, I will focus on solve the students problems first, (such as jaw tension, tongue tension, body tension and breath disconnection exc.) then introduce new repertoire will help the students and develop the students to the higher and higher level. As a teacher, I have worked on vocal technique and coached audition material with many fellow actors. I have also worked with high-schoolers on material from musicals. I am a very patient, fun and challenging teacher for all skill levels.  I have small recording studio in my home that I use to make demos for my students, or record lessons and backing tracks. I use a Bastein method series as well as Alfred Method series always understood a grading picture from pre A to book H also use technique and theory books to make a well rounded education in understanding and performing on the piano. Hannon as well as some other books would be used. as well as i use bel canto technique for singing which is controlling the vocal cords the alignment and how they work also extensive training on vowel placement and positioning of vocal chords thru singing in particular at the break in vocal range.
