Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance. I graduated in 2011 from Carthage College (Kenosha WI) with a degree in Musical Theater Performance and a minor in Theater, and I went back to school for my Masters in Vocal performance at Bowling Green State University where I had lots of great performance opportunities as well as valuable teaching experiences.
