When I attended the Governor's School for the Arts in Norfolk, VA for high school, I realized that music and singing would be my career path for life. We study the theory for the vocalist, modern styles. We will practice a sense of rhythm, improvisation, work with a microphone. In 2010, I graduated from VanderCook College of Music with a Bachelor's in Music Education. I have played in a variety of instrumental ensembles on different instruments, from euphonium, trombone, marimba and drum-set to name a few.
