I typically use a combination of methods in the private lesson setting-method books, etude books, books for technique, solo repertoire, and pop/rock/jazz music and or charts for contemporary study. i always love to see my students reach a goals on the lessons and i don't believe in "i can't do it", if you can dream it, you can see it, and if you can see it you can do it!. i always believe that the everybody can play an instrument if you say that is not for you, that is just a sign that you just need more practice that other people , i already teach a kid to play violin and also a grandma to sing and play guitar at the same time i think everything is posible you jus need practice over and over again until you make it. At the same time I began studying at the Grazyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Lodz, Poland to finally move to Miami and graduate from Florida International Univeristy with BA in Music. I performed for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line for 5 years, which included teaching piano classes for the Royal Caribbean Academy. For the more advanced player, I introduce them to the "Rose 40 Etudes" book and prepare them for solo, and ensemble repertoire. The goal in every lesson is to keep it fun and engaging. I encourage all students in every level to practice regularly, and keep a notebook of their progress in lesson that they will use as a reference in their practice sessions.
