I spent a lot of time using the guitar to build rapport and create positive teacher/student relationships that motivated students to achieve not only with the guitar but their academics as well. I've had quite extensive experiences in teaching. Teaching and tutoring began during my high school days. I would help out after classes or teach piano on the side. Coming up will be my 6th year in teaching piano. I've also tutored my peers all throughout college in music theory, musicianship, and ear/aural training.
