After various performing opportunities in high school, I started my journey to become a music educator at the University of Miami in 2007. My participation in choral and theatre ensembles has taken me around the world practicing my passion and mastering my craft. I currently produce classical music concerts in addition to teaching private lessons. Throughout my singing career, I have had the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall and Geffen Hall in New York, the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts in Philadelphia, the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, and various locations throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, Ecuador, and Spain. I began teaching private lessons while I was at Carnegie Mellon University. I teach my students how to make sound and to breathe correctly. By teaching a healthy way of singing, students are less likely to damage their vocal chords later on in life. Regular practice on a consistent schedule will help the student to progress and therefore allow them to move on to more challenging music. I like to give a basis of classical music and classical voice technique which the student can then use for whichever genre they prefer to sing. Read More

Teaching requires time and effort but it also needs to be fun, therefore my lessons have both components, while setting up short and long term goals we explore music in fun ways that allows for self expression and we stay focused by having a clear goal for every lesson.
