I like to promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere, whilst also providing constructive feedback during lessons. If there is something a student is having difficulty with, I look at various ways in which we can work to improve the situation. I like to keep lessons fun and engaging but am also very passionate and serious about singing, so my style is a healthy mix between the two. What I love most about teaching is taking the time to taking things a part and exploring them, one thing at a time, concept by concept, and molding them back together to form a strong, solid technical foundation. Once I understand a student's taste, I love to show them other artists they may like and help expose them to new music.
