As students progress in their piano studies, I begin introducing solo repertoire that will support the concepts being learned in the book series. For voice, I focus on proper understanding of the body and its role in singing. I combine this with a breakdown of individual skills followed by performance practice. The combination of the 2 allows there to be an understanding of the correct technique and an immediate opportunity for application.
