Music is a hard-learned skill, and it's all too often that many students face the hard reality of not becoming the next legend as soon as they pick up their first instrument. It all started when I took my first drum lesson in the 4th grade. From then on, I wanted to play whenever I could. I played in all my school bands from middle school to high school. Graduated Southern University, home of the world famous "Human Jukebox" which I was a member of for 3 years, as well as playing for my church since I was 13.
