I'm a dedicated instructor who finds joy in working with students to find the highest level of musicianship they can achieve. I graduated from world renowned Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy. I have had the opportunity to play in multiple countries such as Canada, South Korea, Philippines, and the U.S.A and build experience as a musician. Most of all, I love to share my knowledge in music with others and help them grow as musicians. Read More

No matter the skill level, I like to keep my curriculum concise, applicable, and easy for all students to understand. I begin with a crash course in music fundamentals to give students a classical understanding of their playing, reading, and writing techniques. Next, I teach them scales, chords, and playing techniques that correlate with their level of playing and music comprehension. Once they have mastered said curriculum I teach them songs that they are genuinely interested in. Read More

My certification is as an Indie Artist from Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. I specialize in teaching songwriting, and creative playing. I've been playing solo since 2008, and have since started learning drums, bass, as well as the recording process. I know that my lessons will provide value, and hopefully inspiration as well. As someone who delights in music myself, what I want more than anything for a student is to foster that same love of music in him or her. Students need to know that anything worthwhile takes hard work. But if they are intrinsically motivated, they will find it much easier to apply themselves to the task of practicing their instrument. That's why I strive as a teacher to acknowledge any strides my students make and point out to them how their efforts have paid off. Read More
