In 2017, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on Guitar Performance. Use a metronome or drum machine. b) If you feel any pain or discomfort, STOP and come back later. You must build up the muscles first. 2.
