In 2009, I graduated from Roosevelt University ( orchestral studies program). Prior coming to the US in 2007 I graduated from Moscow State Classical Academy Maimonid ( Masters degree). Since I used to be a middle school band director, I am extremely familiar with the teaching beginners. I customize all lessons to each student's goals. After students have passed through the fundamentals, we will work out of the Rubank intermediate or advanced books for technique development. I earned my B.M. and B.S. degrees from the University of South Florida and my M.M. degree from DePaul University. My area of expertise is Sight Reading. This is an essential aspect of learning to play any instrument. A good sight reader is always able to learn their pieces faster and be better performers.
