Matt is also featured on pianist Clay Giberson’s newest album, "Spaceton's Approach" on Origin Records. The CD has been getting radio play on jazz stations all over the country. ALL ABOUT JAZZ calls it "One of the top piano trio efforts of the year."

I have taught students from ages 6 to 60. my approach is to help each student with the proper grip and posture and to learn to adjust there instrument for maximum comfort. I begin each lesson with rudiments/rolls and spend equal time on basic music theory(beginner) and sight reading(advanced), 4-way coordination(beginner) and transcribing recorded music(advanced). My goal is to help each student progress on there instrument and learn to blend with other musicians. Read More

I have been playing for 10 years as a flautist and a percussionist, and I have never stopped loving it.
