I have been in Chicago for almost 15 years, started studying flute in Costa Rica when I was 12y/o. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese and love cultures, languages, and music from everywhere. I have a Masters degree in Flute performance and a Post Masters that specializes in Orchestral Playing, I enjoy playing anything from Brazilian Choros to Mahler and flute concerti. I realize that each student is a unique individual with different learning preferences. With each student, I design a different approach that caters to the student's needs.
