I began teaching in 2010 as a private lesson instructor. In 2016, I began working for a teaching school in New York City. I'm now based in Northeastern Pennsylvania and looking to cultivate a community of musicians through a shared love of the craft. I have taught all ages of students, but find that I connect more thoroughly with students age 10 and up. I graduated with a bachelor of arts in music from Sul Ross State University and attended the Encore program at Musicians Institute in Hollywood,CA. Ive performed in bands throughout the West Texas and Houston areas. The best thing is when my students are invested in their own progress, because I can help provide the needed skills to grow at different paces.
