Once they begin to learn the basics and and can grasp the fundamentals, I can begin to introduce solo pieces. For adults, I try to learn about what level the student is and what their interests are so that I can cater my lessons accordingly. I have a Master of Science degree in Music education from Hofstra University. I have taught piano over 10 years. I hold a yearly recital at Steinway Piano Gallery. I encourage regular practice from my students, and believe that playing for friends and family is a must.
