Since I began studying at a young age, I have a special love and passion for helping my students with the piano. Each student is different. My teaching style depends on the need of the student. However, generally, I will start with technical exercises to help the student work on a particular skill that can be used in a variety of songs (ex. tone production, vowels, diction). During lessons, I emphasize consistent weekly practice times, music genre variety, theory, improvisation and parent involvement in the lesson plans.
