My teaching experience dates back to 1998. I started teaching private lessons 15 years ago. I began teaching lessons to elementary and middle school students while I was in high school. I continued to teach private lessons after I graduated from high school. I continued giving lessons all through college and even after I graduated. Staying motivated is the key to your success. I stress this key concept to all of my students. Read More

I believe each student is different and enjoy developing a unique approach for each students. I also tailor the lessons to each students need. I have taught beginners from scratch, students who need help in band, and also students who are preparing for college auditions. Love to be nice to people! Care for my students as persons and not as numbers. Have always some suggestions as far as repertoire goes. Im a welcoming teacher! Always have an ace under my sleeve as to how to approach certain repertoire and/or pieces. I am always open to suggestions by students as far as repertoire and technique goes, I consider myself a student, I might be more advanced than my students, but I am also a student and someone else happens to be my teacher, therefore I will always encourage good feedback from anyone. Instruments: Piano Guitar Cello
For beginning cello students who are children, I typically start with Suzuki method elements. Once the student has progressed to have a grasp of the fundamentals, I will begin to introduce solo repertoire appropriate for their first recital performance. For adults, I try to find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. For guitar students, I usually apply my lessons accordingly with their genre of interest. Read More
Instruments: Piano
My teaching experience dates back to my college days, when I was offered a teaching position as a piano instructor in an academy of music. I have consistently taught the piano for 15 years. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points which help students -especially younger ones- to progress and develop a passion for the piano. My students are encouraged to enter competition and recitals so they can stay focused and motivated to learn. Read More
Instruments: Voice
As a teacher, my main goal is to distill a love of singing and music into my students. Because of this goal, I always aim to keep lessons fun and engaging. I am a very energetic and enthusiastic teacher, so students can expect to do a lot of smiling and laughing in my studio. We will, however, still take our music making very seriously. Our fun will not stop us from achieving our goals. Read More
