My teaching experience dates back to my college days, when I was offered a teaching position as a piano instructor in an academy of music. I have consistently taught the piano for 15 years. Encouraging regular practice on a consistent schedule is one of the key points which help students -especially younger ones- to progress and develop a passion for the piano. My students are encouraged to enter competition and recitals so they can stay focused and motivated to learn. Read More

Since the begining, I focus on sight reading and learning repertoire strategies. I believe that if the student is capable of reading and learning the repertoire quickly, he or she will become much more motivated and the act of practicing will be something pleasant. I like my students to fell they practice because they like to, and not only because they have to. I also like the help the students to build a practicing schedule so they will gradually incorporate the practicing time in their own routine. Read More

I have been studying voice for over 10 years, and have had the honor of singing in halls across the United States and Europe. I am a classically trained singer with a bachelors degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Minnesota, but my first love was musical theater. Read More

For all students we will begin with building the centerpiece of any musician, their tone. We will work on necessary fundamentals to build the students embouchure, as well develop the students technique and skills no matter the level. My saying is to be better than your yesterday. We will use many varieties of books, etudes, exerts, concert pieces, and methods, to ensure each student is being brought to a better level than they started. Read More
Instruments: Cello Music
My methods adapt to each student, their age and their level. The books I use go from the Suzuki books to the traditional Fouillard, Popper or Sebastian Lee methods. The repertoire would also depend on the student needs and the type of music he/she wants to learn. The age of the student is not relevant to me. The learning process might be different but anyone can learn an instrument at any age so I try to treat everyone equally. Read More
