I have been singing ever since I can remember and started taking lessons at the age of 7. My vocal studies brought me to complete my Masters degree in Vocal Performance at UNCG. Though the focus of my degree was Opera, I am practiced in many different genres of music. All of my students recieve education in music theory, rhythm, aural skills (voice/ear lessons), performance techniques, sight reading, and of course intrument technique. I have been teaching oof and on for the last 20 years. I have been playing professionally for the last 27 years. I played in my high school marching band and in the symphonic orchestra. I studied under Tony Casselli and Tom Tehdran. I've been in a variety of bands from dinner/oldies bands to rock. My current studio has two drum sets and a DW practice pad set.
