I'm a friendly and passionate instructor who loves working with students of all ages. In 2016, I graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with in Drum Performance. Between 2014-16, I led a funk/fusion and salsa ensemble each consisting of 10-12 members and toured the UK and America's East Coast. In 2016, I did the Independent Artist programme from Musician's Institute where I learnt more about Music Business, Recording and Production, which helped me understand how to make it as a drummer in real life once you attain a certain skill level. I come from a very musical family and started piano at five years old. Since then, my accomplishments include an Honorable Mention at the Korea Times Youth Music Competition. I have performed in two solo recitals and have performed biannually with the Beverly Hills Chamber Orchestra. I have participated in the Frederic Chopin Felix Mendelssohn Minifest 2005 and have regularly performed at the Colburn School of Performing Arts from 2003 - 2008.
