Nothing is more rewarding than seeing one of my students develop a passion for music. Therefore, it's important that each student progresses at his or her own pace. I encourage this by setting realistic goals for my students at each lesson. Acknowledging accomplishments helps fuel a students desire to progress, and makes students eager to learn more. I’m a creative musician based in Memphis, Tennessee. I am a classical/jazz trombonist by training with additional experience as a composer, singer-songwriter and electronic musician. My teaching style is fairly relaxed, a student needs to enjoy the lessons or we are really wasting our time. There is no reason for music lessons to be dreary, almost all of my students enjoy their lessons and have no problem coming back week after week to be challenged again.
